Basic philosophy (concept of tenses – harmony)

Popis projektu

The project is based on the idea of “limited extensions” between four basic principles: (human, water, land, air). The goal is not just to build structures, but to create an environment in which the visitor feels that he is a part of nature, and not a stranger to it. The interactions of the water on the island itself are an indicator of the harmony that exists on the island. From the movement of the water overlapping the surfaces of the island, the movement of the air above the island, and the heights of the buildings in the air, a strong harmony was created for me.

Technické informace

It consists of three buildings
The main building has two floors of shops, a restaurant, a café, an indoor swimming pool, and the same staircase that connects the first floor
The second connects it to an underground floor, which is an aquarium

The second building is a one-story building and is designed to be part of nature in an artistic way. It is a cultural and artistic building
It has multi-purpose halls, virtual and augmented reality, etc

The third building is recreational, with everything related to water, such as boats, fishing rods, etc
