Project idea

Innovatech University is conceived as a future-oriented technological institution aimed at empowering students with advanced knowledge and practical skills in artificial intelligence, robotics, and data science. The project responds to the growing global demand for technology-driven education by creating an integrated academic environment that connects learning, research, and industry.

The university is designed as an innovation ecosystem that supports hands-on experimentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and continuous technological development. Through smart classrooms, advanced laboratories, and industry-linked research spaces, Innovatech seeks to bridge the gap between academic education and real-world applications.

The primary objective of the project is to cultivate innovative leaders capable of driving technological progress and contributing to global digital transformation, while positioning Innovatech as a leading technological university within the regional and international context.

Project description

The campus is divided into distinct zones, including a lecture halls zone, workshops and laboratories zone, and academic learning zones, each aligned with the university’s departments. This zoning approach allows each department to operate within a dedicated environment while remaining connected through shared spaces and circulation networks.

The ground floor accommodates the main public and shared functions, including lecture halls, workshops, laboratories, library, cafeteria, and student services, all arranged around a central plaza that acts as the primary social and academic hub. This level promotes interaction and accessibility across different zones.

The second floor is primarily dedicated to academic activities, housing classrooms and specialized laboratories distributed according to departmental zoning. These spaces support focused learning and research while maintaining strong visual and spatial connections through atriums and vertical circulation cores.

Overall, the project establishes a functional and flexible campus framework that integrates education, research, and technology, while clearly expressing the academic structure of the university through its architectural organization.

Technical information

Innovatech University sits on a 15,750 m² plot, with 40% building footprint allowing landscaped areas and plazas. The structure uses flat slabs and reinforced concrete frames, enabling flexible, column-free spaces for classrooms, labs, and collaborative areas.

North-facing openings and skylights provide optimal natural light without glare. The campus is organized into functional zones: lecture halls, workshops/labs, and academic learning zones, aligned with university departments. The ground floor hosts public/shared functions around a central plaza, while the second floor contains classrooms and specialized laboratories.

Passive design, natural ventilation, and shaded outdoor spaces enhance comfort. The modular layout allows future adaptation, creating a functional, sustainable, and future-oriented campus integrating education, research, and technology.
