Project idea

ZephyrRise proposes a contemporary commercial high-rise at GEC Circle, Chattogram. Inspired by the city’s coastal wind and surrounding hills, the project creates a vertical landmark that reflects Chattogram’s natural identity while responding to the dense urban context.

Project description

ZephyrRise is a multifunctional commercial high-rise proposed at GEC Circle, one of the busiest urban nodes of Chattogram. The project integrates retail, offices, showrooms, cineplex, and public commercial spaces within a vertical mixed-use structure.

The design responds to the coastal climate by utilizing natural sea breezes for ventilation and maximizing daylight. Its reflective façade captures the surrounding hills, symbolically reconnecting the dense urban environment with Chattogram’s natural landscape while contributing a new landmark to the city skyline.

Technical information

The building is designed as a reinforced concrete high-rise structure with a glazed façade that reflects the surrounding landscape. Sustainable strategies include natural ventilation, optimized daylighting, and climate-responsive design suitable for Chattogram’s coastal environment.
